www.grillmasta.com it is then...

Tuesday, May 31, 2005

Apparently that's all I had for approximately 6 months.

...

So i figured i could start to blog again...I might get off xanga though...there's some much better ones out there...

I was checking out typepad.com  it's only $4.95 a month...or if i wanted $8.95 a month I could put my own domain name up there...that's not too bad of a deal...

I was also thinking that I could just put it up on my own server...grillmasta.com

Anyone have any thoughts one way or another?

the most amazing thing happened this week.

Friday, October 22, 2004

Another long day.  It had its ups and downs, but we all made it through.  The funeral was tough.  After the funeral, when they walked her body out of the church, that was tough too.  Hugging my friend right after the funeral was good, but emotionally tough.

Hanging out at their house tonight with almost all of the old crew (and some new faces) was awesome.  We played Apples to Apples and just spent some time together laughing and eating some Chicken Shack!  We had some great times remembering Kim as someone would speak up imitating her high loud voice responding to something in only a way that Kim would respond -- then laughing about it and coming up with a story starting off like "Remember that time when..."  All the laughter and joy we had was bittersweet though.  It was great to remember the awesome times, but sad to think that we will not have those times again with her on this earth.
